There are many bad breath remedies available in the store but it’s nice to know that you can also rely on herbs to banish the mouth odour. Here are some suggestions.
– Use thyme. Boil the thyme and water for a few seconds. Set the mixture aside to steep for 10 minutes.
– Use peppermint. Make peppermint tea from fresh or dried peppermint. Add a heaped teaspoon of the dried or fresh peppermint to a cup of boiling water. Allow to steep for a few minutes. Strain and drink.
– Use parsley. Simply chewing parsley can alleviate bad breath after a meal. Leave the parsley garnish till last!
– Use mint leaves. Chew up then spit out or swallow, if wanted.
